Our Italian Job
Proving that theres a kid in all of us, two friends and I took our Miuras to the Alps this summer and, with the help of an unknown stranger whos logged the precise GPS co-ordinates of every Italian Job scene on the internet (and like us clearly hasnt entirely grown up) we set about driving our favourite scenes from the movie. And no, before you ask, that doesnt include the bit with the bulldozer.Mick Walsh of Classic & Sportscar magazine came along for the ride, as did veteran factory test driver Valentino Balboni. I thought it would be fun to record the adventure on film and include it with our Miura book when published next year (yes, really). But in the meantime, heres a short extract to whet your appetite. Of course its completely self-indulgent. On Days Like These
