Coachwork by Pininfarina
- Ferrari’s definitive modern era supercar
- Accident free and with servicing records
- Complete with books, tools and other accessories
- An appreciating asset and exhilarating to drive
This Ferrari F40 is offered from private collector ownership for the first time. A mid-production version without catalyst or adjustable suspension, it has covered 18,900km, is accident free and has been maintained by Austrian Ferrari importer Denzel and the owners own (ex-Ferrari) mechanic. It comes with owners handbooks, tools in their pouch and a fire extinguisher system as a safety precaution. The turbos have been updated to the later type, the fuel tanks have been inspected, pressure tested and deemed in excellent condition so retained, and a sports exhaust is fitted. The car has been driven by the owner to provide track rides for sick children on behalf of his charitable foundation but has never been raced. The last service dates from 2010, including new cam belts, and the car has recently (2011) been given a further general check-over by Denzel.
A well cared-for example of Ferrari’s definitive supercar, appreciating in long-term value and ready to show or enjoy as it was intended.
